Replacement for 15000uf 100v 40mm dia cap

Hello All! Looking for advice on replacing a bad cap. All of my usual haunts Digi-Key, Newark, Mouser, seem to be no stock or giant bulk orders. I have found Elna’s on EBay but not sure they can be trusted. The cap I’m looking for is 15000uf 100v 40mm diameter 4 pin (2 for support). The caps are filter caps in a power amplifier power supply. Anyone out there know of another supplier where I might have better luck? Thanks!!

Thanks for your reply! I’m working on a Nikko Alpha 450. I assume the lower capacitance of that replacement wouldn’t cause me a problem? It sits right next to another 15000 in the circuit.

Or maybe you will need bigger clamps and go with 50mm? You should replace both filters at the same time

No, it would. Just saying that's the closest I can find.
Ah, the 450. I've seen other solutions on here, I think the best one is mounting clamps on the side wall on either side of the fuse holders and wiring the caps down to the original spots.

I think you may be right. I had noticed the 50mm were easier to get. Will take a closer look at the available real estate. Thanks very much for your tips!!

I can't recall offhand how much extra room you have in there? Sounds like remounting to another location may be necessary?
