Replacement woofers for Advent Legacy II

Hey guys, I've had a pair of Advent Legacy II speakers that have been sitting there without their original woofers for a while. The woofers they have on match, but they are definitely not original from what I've seen. They have rubber surrounds and dont look like they are of high quality at all. And, one of them is blown (where the cone meets the spider there was a lot of melting).

So, I have seen original 10" advents on ebay, but they aren't cheap :S

Does anyone know of any websites that would sell 10" woofers that would sound good on an Advent Legacy II cabinet? Remember this is a 2-way speaker with foam surrounds on the woofers.

You might want to try Parts Express. They have quite a few 10" woofers. They are als very helpful. If the person you are talking to doesn't know the answer, they will connect you to a tech. I have been very happy with them, and their prices are good. Check out there web site, or give them a call.

First, where are you in Indiana? Also...PE carries many different brands of varying quality.

Parts Express website has a speaker selection wizard...according to it, these are the speakers that works the best with the Legacy cabinets.

I have a set of Advent Legacy 10's that are awaiting a refoam kit....so I feel your pain.

Im in the mishiana area, northern indiana 30 mins south of South Bend in a little town called Bremen. I got mine from a guy that apparently pushed one of them way too hard, because not only did it blow the so-so woofer, it blew the tweeter too. Thanks for those links, I'll check them out
