Replacing Diaphragms in Electro Voice T35 & T35B Tweeters

These tweeters all need new diaphragms and I found a aftermarket replacement on eBay. I have never replaced a diaphragm in a tweeter before and just need some pointers and if there is anything I need to know before I do it.

It's more money- but you can get replacement diaphragm "carriers" for these, that are really easy to install. See here:
