I lost the lower gray bar that stayed when the upper bar left a day or so ago.
Now it appears things are working much better.
IPad Pro DuckDuckGo iOS 17 something.
Also cleared when using safari on the pad.
Just logged in and not getting any of the annoying ads!
Hopefully it will stay that way.
Thanks for your time & intervention!WHEW. Gosh dang it all.... really sorry about all of this drama.![]()
All good here now. No more pop up ads on top and bottom of page.A
All of you are logged in as members?
Working on this, it should not be happening to you.
This was a huge problem with the core Members getting the experience mostly targeted at guests.
I very much apologize for it, but things *should* be back to normal. We re-did the ad layout during the update to Xenforo 2.3 and the changes to Xenforo itself caused a great deal of targeting which we used to use to get messed up.
So.... can anyone who has had a problem take a look - if you see something not supposed to be there, then please post a screen shot of it so we can easily identify.

Ads for about two hours - so - how do I "refresh the browser"? I am a complete computer bonehead.
All good here now. No more pop up ads on top and bottom of page.
Thanks for your time and effort.
PERFECT! All sorted at my end.
Very much appreciate the work put into fixing this.
A BIG THANK YOU to you!I appreciate you saying that, but this one took way too long and frankly doesn't deserve much praise. We really failed at this.

Fantastic to hear, and one more time - I'm really sorry that this all was so much drama.
Problem appears to be solved! iPhone 14 most recent IOS most recent chrome update (previously had to use safari with Ghostery to post via mobile at all due to the ads.)This was a huge problem with the core Members getting the experience mostly targeted at guests.

Those are ads from paying Audiokarma Sponsors. They support the site and the Audio hobby. They should be unobtrusive, either at the top or the bottom of the page, not interfering with the discussion thread content or access to, and enjoyment of, the site.I just notice these ads today in the top right corner. Don't know how long they've been there. Is it suppose to be there?

Yep, while logged on I haven`t seen any ads of any sort on A/K for yrs., until yesterday with the same upper right hand vender cycling corner banner ad that appeared.I just notice these ads today in the top right corner. Don't know how long they've been there. Is it suppose to be there?

Expect that the single banner ad will be followed by a dozen more. However they are still able to be blocked. One has to select and block that element.Yep, while logged on I haven`t seen any ads of any sort on A/K for yrs., until yesterday with the same upper right hand vender cycling corner banner ad that appeared.
Closed out all 4 open EDGE tabs which I have configured to clear out all lingering internet residuals when the browser is closed, opened up EDGE again then logged back on to A/K, and the same undesired cycling ad banner ^^^ returned !
Win 11 Pro, using EDGE via maxed out privacy settings, strict, and running through it`s InPrivate option !
