Request for help to identify the Tripping of Audio system exceed 50% volume

Good Evening
I am newbie in electronics. After 1992 I never go deep in electronics but due to current situation I am trying to repair my system
so please help me to identify the problem
i have Pioneer VSX-324-K-P AVR system which works well for last 10 years, recently system showing following problem
1. When ever the volume exceed 50% of Surround Right speaker then system shut down immediately.
2. I found volume in SR speaker is lower than other speakers.

3. I was tested the system without speaker and when volume exceed 50% that time also system tripped,

4. In Amps Assembly board, after 2SB1560P & 2SD2390P additional protection system transistor KTC3206Y used.

5. After that protection circuit, before the speaker short circuit protection relay is located in MAIN ASSY

6. In protection circuit 22N capacitor (axial lead ceramic ) also found.

Is it system tripping because of 22N capacitor in protection system faulty or KTC3206Y faulty..?
Or any other reason behind this tripping

please help me

yours friendly

Biju

Unhook all the speakers and any sources connected and turn the volume up.. if it doesn't shut down, connect everything one at a time, checking the volume after each connection..
It may not be the receiver..

I was already tested without speaker. that time also when system volume exceed 50% then system shut down.
same time sound in SR speaker is lower than other speakers that means somewhere signal was leaking.
I try to run the system below 50% volume it not shutting down and work for very long time.
but we can identify the volume difference compared with other speakers. Without input signal, if I raise volume 100% then I found that system not shutting down

Please find speaker protection relay circuit in MAIN ASSY . I was checked that circuit and not found any problem

Sorry, but unable to assist with your issue, but welcome to AK!
I know I am not expert in advanced electronics. But don’t have any other option to rectify this issue.
in my town I already show to some technicians but they are not expert in Pioneer system. That is the reason I downloaded service manual and try to rectify the problem. I am attaching service manual for reference.
I already check Digital ASSY circuit and it sees perfect and all channels works with same signal strength ( I tested with extended stereo mode for that testing) prologic mode and . Optical and HDMI also tested

Page 21 (bottom half) of the service manual has several steps to try. My hunch is that it's a blown output device. Since this receiver uses discrete transistors and isn't too old, it shouldn't be difficult to find a replacement for whatever is bad.

Here's a video that shows how to troubleshoot blown output transistors. It's done with a dedicated power amp, but the procedure for a receiver should be similar.
