Bought an Ian Dury LP from Retrofunk.

After payment Paul noticed that there was a defect he hadn't disclosed. He contacted me promptly with options and we agreed to refunded shipping charges.

The LP arrived quickly, with tracking, well packed and exactly as described.

Thanks Paul!!!
