Reverb or multi effect module to add to a vintage amplifier for acoustic guitar - suggestions?

I have a vintage tube hifi integrated mono amp that I have adapted to use with an acoustic guitar. I have it hooked up to an old realistic speaker that a put a full frequency driver in.
I would like to add an effect unit like I see in PA systems, acoustic amps, or small mixing boards. At least reverb for some wetness. Does anybody know of a small circuit board unit that could be mounted inside the amp to add some wet effects and maybe run off the heater circuit voltage?

That would work.

No need to hard wire it to the amp. It uses a 9 volt battery

Also, have a browse at Guitar Center dot com. They have all kinds of accessories for reverb, vibrato, echo etc.
