Springboarding off of IllinoisSteve's spoonerizing, this is an exercise in beaking spackward. Take an expression old or new, song title, album title, movie title a sign, etc and rearrange the words, just try not to add or subtract any letters. At least keep the syllables the same. It's okay to move letters around from word to word as in "reserved parking" to "parked reserving"
Examples:
No trespassing, prosecutors will be violated
Don't hatch your chickens before they count
Don't put all your baskets in one egg.
Kill 2 stones with 1 bird
If you go to bed with fleas, you'll wake up with dogs.
Never look a gift mouth in the horse
Don't wood any taken nickels.
It's a tip way to longerary.
