Revox A-700 Help!

Hello all. I am new to this forum and thank everyone for the information and fun.
I am the original owner of my Revox A700. Been in storage a while and the other day when I unpacked and powered it up, all the transport lights came on (FF/REW/PLAY etc.) and the machine will do nothing. I am pretty sure it will need other parts too, but doews anyone have an idea on what could be causing this?
Any help will be appreciated. Also any ideas on service locations? I am in Texas.
Thanks
Ed

Ed, it is likely that one of the many capacitors has shorted out. This is common on these machines. At this age they need a few parts replaced to keep them up to snuff. The important thing is NOT to fool around with it trying to get it to go. This could potentially cause damage to the nearly irreplaceable transport IC on the main board.
It has probably blown one of the fuses on the power supply board.
You can try replacing, and you might get lucky. But read up on RIFA and FRAKO capacitors found in Revox gear.

There are a few techs here, myself included, that know how to properly service an A700 and will be glad to assist you.
