Revox A77 blown fuses

Just pulled the wood case off one of the A77s I picked up over the weekend and found the 650mA fuse is blown as well as the 1.5A main fuse. The 2A fuse is OK. I don't see any damage or swelling on any of the PS caps so what would the most likely problem be? I'll leave the other one together til I figure out what's wrong with this one. Thanks in advance for assistance...Ray
