I recently became the owner of some neglected/forgotten about gear that includes a Revox B790. It seems to be in fairly great condition however the platter only spins at around 24.85 - 25 rpm. The speed change controls do not seem to make any difference. I assume something is broken and needs repair but not sure if this is something I can handle or should just get professional help with. I'm very new to vintage audio but excited to learn while also realizing my own limitations at this point.
