RIP Patrick Swayze

.....another one of a kind actor....Ghost is one of the best movies I've ever seen....Rest In Peace, Patrick Swayze.....

I freakin' love "Road House" and "Point Break."

Heck, I even have a soft spot for "Ghost" and "Dirty Dancing."

R.I.P.

We were expecting it, but sad nonetheless. We'll be watching a couple of his films this week in memory of his passing. Rest in peace forever, Patrick Wayne Swayze.

Had a neighbor who was one of the nicest guys die of pancreatic cancer within months of diagnosis...I really hate that disease.

Rest in Peace, you did good, Patrick.

Wolverines........

You can't know how he truly felt over the last year but I just hope I could be as optimistic in the same circumstances.

He always seemed to be a gentleman and the films he graced were definitely the better for it.

Rest in peace Patrick, you were a great guy and actor. You will live forever in your movies, even though you are not with us any more.
I have seen several people go from pancreatic cancer, it is a horrible way to go. I hope he went to a better place.

Very sad news, he fought a very long and hard fight.
I just saw an episode of MASH where he played a soldier who had been diagnosed with leukemia.

What a class act!

Mr. Swayze, you fought hard and with grace and dignity.

You showed what a real man you were.

I will always enjoy your performances in Road House and Next of Kin.

Favorite line from Road House : "Opinions vary."

Oh well. I hope lived up to the expectation that his life is complete, and he made it so.

Hi all,

Very sad indeed. I met Patrick and his wife back in the 1980's in Los Angeles. I was in a Musical Theatre production titled "A Dream for a Nickel" where I played one of four Gangster (one of "The Philadephia five"). Patrick's Mom Patsy as well as Patrick's two sisters were part of the production. Nicer people you could not of met. RIP Patrick.

Regards,
Tom Patick aka SixCats!
