This guy is number 1, no doubt about it. I bought a Technics RS-1506 reel to reel from him (Superdog). I won't even say how much because he practically gave it to me! This thing is heavy, so heavy that the day it arrived the post man rang my doorbell and told me that I would have to pick up the package at the Post Office because it was too heavy for him to lift and carry! I was so worried the Post Office would have destroyed this huge and heavy box in it's journey from Colorado to Texas. But when I picked up the box my worries quickly disappeared. This was boxed super tight. It was bagged, and had styrofoam safely packed around the entire unit. Needless to say it arrived in perfect condition.
So now I have a beautiful RS-1506.
Thanks Ron. You made my Christmas! I know I've told you "thanks" a thousand times in our conversations, but really, what you did went beyond selflessness because you know the value of this deck and what you could have sold it for on the 'bay. But you were honest thru the whole transaction. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! And Merry Christmas!!
