7 game suspension... I had it pegged at 6, the over/under in Vegas was set at 7.5.

If LA survives the 1st round, he'll have to play under a microscope. If nothing else it likely will knock him out of the relatively good groove he had been in recently, before this happened. They may be better served playing Ebanks or other younger/quicker players with less baggage, nothing he does after this is going to be overlooked by the refs (not this season anyway).

Anyone want to take a side bet on whether the other teams go after him & try and get him mad enough to bait another incident? Not saying that in his defense, nor was it the case in this sorry event, but getting the other guys mad and out of their normal game kinda goes with the scenery in the NBA at playoff time.

if you watch the video carefully - not the slow version, but the normal speed in the beginning, you can see clearly that harden was just continuing his path and slowing down when artest just ran into him. harden puts his arms up to prevent artest from running into his face. then artest goes bam! like saying "get out of my face".
