Rotel 304 is very quiet on Phono and Aux, normal volume on FM

All 3 inputs used to operate around the same volume. Loud! Then, the phono started playing quieter, even when the volume is at 10. Now, Aux is the same (quiet) volume as the phono.

FM is still very loud, and seems to be operating normally.

I'll try and post a video here later but does anyone have ideas? Tape monitor is not on.

AUX/Phono/Tuner will use the same audio circuit/components, the difference will be the input selector, as per painttoad cleaning that selector should be first step. Maybe post a hi-res pix of the mechanism.
