Rotel RA-1312 or NEC A-910

I'm currently running a Rotel RA1312 (integrated amp)in my 2-channel system, came across a NEC A-910, also an integrated amp. Anyone have opinions re. picking up the NEC to replace the Rotel? Other than 20 more WPC, anyone familiar with the NEC, it's performance/stability/sound qualities?

I'm pretty happy with the Rotel, it is a nice match with my TimeWindows but having had a Carver in the past with 110WPC, the TimeWindows played nice with a bit of extra power.

Just looking to see if anyone has had any experience with the NEC integrated amps, what the opinions are.

Thanks in advance for your input.

How about picking up a Rotel power amp & bridging it to your current Rotel through the PRE OUT? You said you like the Rotel sound, of which I am a fan, this could give you the added watts you are looking for. Check with Rotel customer service, I have found them pretty helpful & they usually respond fairly quickly.

Thanks-

I ran across a Carver m200t for less than the NEC, will push it with the pre-out of the Rotel. I really liked my Carver 6250, so the combo of the Rotel front end pushing the Carver will be interesting. Now I have to wait for delivery!!

Thanks for the input, I'll post how it turns out.
