Rotel Ra 1520 vs NAd C326bee

What are the pros and cons of both brands? I like the 5 year warranty of Rotel. NAd is only 2 year warranty. Rotel is 60 watts compared to NAD 50 watts.
Which one has a bigger transformer in it? Does the Ra 1520 have a subwoofer output?
Any pros and cons that you all can think of between these two models?

You can probably find free manuals for both online and compare specs/schematics and track down reviews at audioreview (and forum) or some other place. That's what I try to do before I buy.
 
Thanks ifsix. I wanted to hear Rotel, but dealer said not without appointment. I was in area so I hoped they would just let me hear it. If I hear it i will go to another dealer. The problem is the other dealers are 2 to three hours away. Long story, but I won't be back to see the first dealer. I will try to compare manuals like you said. Some people say Rotel is Bright. Others say it is wonderful. I better hear it sometime to decide.
