Rotel RB-980BX vs rebuilt Hafler DH-200

My current system is a stock Rotel RB-980BX amp and a stock Hafler 110 factory assembled preamp .
Was thinking of picking up a Hafler DH-200 amp that's been rebuilt by someone claiming to be a EX HAFLER-ENGINEER . So would the Hafler be a upgrade or not ?
