Rotel repair in North Carolina?

Good day,

I'm new here and searching for someone qualified to repair a Rotel RSX-1562. The unit stopped putting out sound on the left (nothing from any of the 5.1 channels, no buzz, hum; nothin'). I've opened the box and it doesn't appear there are any blown fuses.

Rotel says I should ship it back to them but I'd much prefer dealing with someone more local.

Very hard to find anyone willing to work on av stuff and considering how new your unit is and more advanced, imo Rotel would be your better bet.
 
Given the amount of microprocessors, IC chips, surface mount technology, and other complex processing and circuitry, I'd send this back to Rotel and have them repair it. If this was a 2 channel simpler old school Rotel, then it would be more apt to be locally repairable.
 
There are Rotel dealers in NC. I believe Audio Advice has locations in Raleigh and in Charlotte. Give them a call and they can likely point you to a good repair shop.
