ROTEL Spec Rack?

I came across this this weekend. I haven't found alot of info. Everything works but I need to take to Dr. Deoxit for a cleaning. The rack itself is starting to fall apart. I guess I will disassemble it and use the parts as a template to build a "suitable replacement". Anyone have any owners or service manuals for these pieces?
