RS 6000 or Kappa 6, which to choose?

Fantastic. For years I've been thinking that the caps that Infinity used were high quality and would last a lot longer than the 30 or so years since they were manufactured. Now we've got someone here who actually did the replacement...and so I need to go down that rabbit hole too, on the Kappa 8s which are way more complex and difficult to work on.

The “old” NPE caps in the Kappa 6s weren’t what I would call cheap. They were fairly good quality +-5%, same as the Mundorf E-caps that I replaced them with. I have the same dilemma with my Kappa 9s. Not looking forward to doing them but now I feel compelled to. I think I’ll do the RsIIIbs first so I have something to listen to when the time comes for the Kappa 9s.

Here are a couple pics of the finished Kappa 6s and the crossover with the new NPE installed. Tried to post these earlier but just now had time to figure it out.
For the parts, did you use the reference sheet on Infinity classics or did you take the numbers off the existing caps? If the latter, how much did they differ from the reference?

Here's a previous thread with the values from the reference sheet.

I initially got a copy of the Tech sheet off infinity-classics.de. After reading several post about production changes I decided to confirm the values before I ordered the caps. The crossover as built matched the tech sheet. I am going to make an educated guess that the tech sheets from Infinity(at least in this case) may be final revisions based on the fact that I found a date sticker on the large woofer induction coil with Sept 1991.
