Since I found another pair of "Sleepers" today, I thought I'd post pics and impressions of my first pair of "Sleepers".
I found these RtR EXP-8's at a small town thrift store. I figured with walnut veneer, rubber surrounds and an "l-pad" type thingy for the tweeter level, what the hey. Buy first, ask later.
Very impressive sound. I currently use them on my workbench. Mostly for low volume listening, and testing out new amps, TT's etc. I haven't really tried them in a big room. I am definately impressed with the sound they put out. Quite attractive as well.
I've seen some talk of RtR's on AK, but never anything about this model. Any other impressions or info on RtR out there?
