I have a chance to buy a pair of RTR Model EXP-8 speakers for $30. Does anyone know if these are any good? I know the name was bought by BIC at some point in time, but I don't know if these were pre-BIC or not, and if they are worth it. The rubber surrounds look like they need replacing, but that's something i can do,

I just picked up a pair of RTR 300D's from the GW, they need to have the driver surrounds repalced

anybody know if these are rubber surrounds or foam?
