RTR Speakers

Anyone know anything about RTR speakers, especially the one I have posted a picture of? I don't know much about these, but I find it intriguing that they are made by BIC-America. I'd be interested in any feedback people have on these.

Second, I don't think there's any way those are made by BIC America. They've owned the name for about 15 years, and I haven't heard anything good about the RTRs they make. And they're all black.
I'd recognize that 12" passive radiator anywhere. That's a mid- or late-70s RTR. Probably right on the early edge of when their "suck" quotient was increasing. That PR is in my dad's Magnums that I just spent some quality time restoring.
No idea on the model, as info on the old ones is nearly impossible to come by.
