SA-9100 Protection light on and off

Hello, have been reading this thread and others which have been very helpful, the problem I have at the moment with my SA-9100 is the voltages on the AWR- 031 board.
The voltages on pins 6 and 7 are only 44volts compared with Torens list of voltages,
Could anyone suggest why this might be
I know this is a very old thread but hopefully someone might see it, Thank you
