Hello lovers of all things Pioneer and silver. I am considering buying an SG-9500 EQ to hook up to my SA-9100. I'm not sure if the 9100 was made to have an external EQ and how I would hook it up. Any help would be appreciated.

generally EQs tie into the tape mon loop, allowing playback of eq'd material. yu can select source or tape to play with eq. or just source or tape without eq.

Yep I have 4) SA-9100's and I have had any number of different EQ's I use a Spectrum Anaylzer in my systems now (which connects exactly like a EQ) and one of the tape loops is the place. I tried using the Pre-out Power-in jacks and while it could have been the EQ's I got a lot of noise in the signal.
