Picked this up the other day. Excellent sound stage on this SACD version. About as good as any I have heard.

Another one I've been looking for at a decent price and finally found on the bay (for only $15!)
Overall, Steely Dan may be my favorite band and to hear them on SACD is just grand. Very well mixed! Probably this album has the widest soundstage and most discrete instrument location of anything I have heard on system #2.
Superb SACD!

Of the three Elton SACDs I have this one is my favorite. Maybe its because it is one of my favorite Elton albums in the first place, but it does seem to have even better SQ than Elton John - Elton John and Chateau. I would rate Chateau second.
Strings are exceptional as compared to the redbook version
...I too like the Stones stuff via SACD - really liking...It's only rock and roll.
PLEASE provide evidence that this title is available on SACD. I think this must be a typo or mistake..
Those are all great albums with the possible exception to EC 461. Nothing wrong with it I just don't think it is much more special than the redbook version.
I would add Rolling Stones Beggars Banquet and Let it Bleed.
Thanks for your reply. I just bought all on my list today. Some were cheaper on Amazon, and some were cheaper at Barnes & Noble.
Next round, I'll peruse this thread more carefully for my addtional selections.
