Safety Cap or Death Cap

I know I have read about the Death Cap. I believe it was from Larry.

I have done a search and am coming up empty as for what I am looking for.

Can someone please tell me the designation (C???) for this cap and what it should be replaced with or added.

I am in the beginning stages of a Fisher 400 early serial number recap.

C-83 on the 10001-19999 schematic. May be same # on higher serial EARLY versions. See attached pic.

So do I have to specify a safety rated .01uf / 600v cap? I was going to replace it with a .01/1600v cap
Does C80 also get the same cap?

C83 should be an AC Voltage rated X1/Y2 cap. .01uf 300-400vAC. This is the one I use in my stuff. https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetai...E2E3SA103MA3BY02F?qs=rrS6PyfT74eTx4TUt/2ksQ==

C80 can be a standard film cap. .01uf 600 to 630v
