Sansui 4000 Buzz and other issues

Hey guys, I just picked up a Sansui 4000 that was recapped and has new LEDs, but I'm having some issues. The first and most minor issue is the FM Stereo light is always on. That's really no big deal and I knew about that.

Next issue, it makes a pop when you switch it from FM Mono to FM Auto and again from Auto to Aux. Not sure what this is about. Not a huge issue.

The biggest thing though is the constant buzz. It's not a ground hum, because it's one consistent noise no matter how high I have the speakers turned up. There IS a slight ground hum from my Thorens, but I knew about that, happens with my Sansui 5050 as well. But as for this buzz, I don't have this issue with my 5050, so I'm not sure what it can be. Again, caps were replaced, so it's not likely that. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I have had the stereo light issue with 2000A or 2000X or 5000A or 5000X. Not sure which. A couple times. It was the transistor that switches on the light. The transistor was "stuck" on.
Replacing it fixed that.

I have also had a hum on one of these. It was a regulator or rectifier transistor on a board that supplied power to the preamp. I don't remember if the transistor was regulating or rectifying.
Can't get to my manuals right now to check the schematic.

That's what I recall anyways.
