Sansui 5000 Missing Quick Acting Fuse Caps

Hey everyone, I picked up a Sansui 5000 yesterday and realized when I got it home that it's missing the caps for the Quick Acting Fuses. Any idea where to get these?

I did a quick swap with another standard threaded fuse cap and it doesn't fit because it looks like they aren't threaded.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, or if you have a Sansui 5000 maybe snap a photo of what the cap looks like?

Thanks

P.S. It also has the 1040 boards, I've read about the recall, but really, has anyone actually ever heard of these causing fire, or was it just a precaution. I mean, if it hasn't done it in 40 years, why would it now right?

Might be a reason those fuses are missing. Usually with those driver boards when they fail, it's visible. Look close for burned resistors. Couple threads on here about rebuilding them if they are torched. That receiver is well worth the time and trouble to get it fully functional.
