sansui 5000a unable to bias. very high current at fuse holders

Hi and thanks! Re-checked outputs 6 ways all good, same on boards, all good, pulled bal pots, no issues. Ohms all over the boards are very close between them, with the right board overall a very little bit higher ohms overall, and oddly the lt channel plays, but right does not. No chance of bias setting on either board, and when hooked up with fuses removed per manual, all I get is whatever power supply VOLTAGE is dialed in to the unit. When set to say the 250MA scale for the actual bias test, the meter needle pegs so quickly, it will nearly break it off.. Voltage at the filter caps is about 75 ish, at 120v so pretty good I think. BOTH heat sinks will heat very quickly of course, but the lt channel plays and rt channel does not.
I'm just not getting anywhere on this unit, so the quest is ongoing... Again it is 5000A with the F6013 boards, thx for any addl help and suggestions!!!

Turn your bias all the way off in the meantime... No sense heating the heatsinks until you figure out what's causing the loss of channel.
Did you clean the potentiometer at the rear of the unit??
