Sansui 5500 at Colo Spgs GW

Nice looking Sansui 5500 at Colo Spgs Goodwill on Kelly Johnson. $70, which seems a little pricey, but you can always wait and see if it makes it to the half price week. I already have one, so that's why I left it.

Your part of the country seems to get some of the best gear and prices at thrifts. Was in Boulder GW last week, saw a set of Dynaco separates amp which weighed a ton and matching FM receiver. Price: $20 for both. Would have bought, but had no way to carry home to NE by plane, and shipping would have been prohibitive. That was just the most memorable of my encounters with vintage gear during my visit there, and I only hit 3 thrifts and never got to any in metro Denver. I did come home with a stack of good vinyl in excellent condition (lower humidity must be good for vinyl there).
