Sansui 5900Z - DC Offset - One channel goes high after a minute

Hello all,

I acquired a 5900Z which had a bad output transistor and a few dead components through to a burned resistor on the main board. I measured tested and replaced the bad components which on startup gives me a good offset of about 10mv but after about a minute rises to 250mv.

I measured the power supply outputs which are a little off 15.5v vs 18V on the schematic.

Any quick thoughts on an intermittent component which might cause that rise after a minute or so?

Note that the unit needs to cool down for about 5min before I can power on and get the DC back to 10mv.

I would say there could be one or more Fusible resistors causing some issues....
