Hello,

There is a problem with my sansui 7070 amp sizzling.
the error both affects my speakers. Also affects the treble / midrange / bass speakers.
the error is also heard at the 0 volume. treble +10 I set it gets stronger.

Since it's audible at zero volume probably a Power Supply issue.
But could be so many things.
A sizzling sound sounds to me like a bad transistor but ...
 
@DefJamHUN I don't think that GoFile video is helping you to attract help.

I tried viewing it twice. Earlier today I was able to get the video to run after several attempts. When it did run, I was not able to hear the problem for which you are seeking help. And just now I tried to run the video again and was not able to get it to run after many tries.

The key to getting help is presenting a good, clear, description of the problem. That is why I suggested making a youtube video, if you had that capability. People here (on AK) are familiar with youtube and use it often. Are you able to access youtube where you live?
 
I can see the video but there's barely any sound.
Was that the video you intended to upload?

Regardless, have a look at TR1&TR2 on the Tone Control board. I suggest you replace both with KSC1845. (Original is BCE).Those are prone to fail and can be noisy.
