Sansui 9090db in NJ

The seller wants $150, claims great condition. Seems like a good deal and I would have picked it up if I didn't just spend my pocket money.

One of the best amps Sansui made.I love mine.The 8080DB is good also.You should have bought it.I have worked on mine and new capes make them sing.

The seller has listed it once again on CL since the initial post. When I saw the second post I decided to go for it after all.

I called the seller and he was definitely "fishing" for a raise. I offered him $300 for the Sansui and what is probably a cheap Nakamichi receiver and he did not go for it.

I'm pretty sure this is the same unit.

My new tactic for the CL posters that try to run an auction.......... make them a very generous offer and disappear or string them along as they are doing to you. Maybe they will re-think their greediness.:thmbsp:

I wish people wouldn't crap up craigslist with their schemes. It works so well when people list at an honest price without trying to rip other people off.
