Right now, running a 9090DB through NLAs and have no complaints. But I’ve got a line on some Heresy IIs and don’t think I can resist. So: if I’m not all that interested in looking for quad vinyl, etc., would a QS-500 add all that much beyond four more cool VU meters? Also, given the 30 wpc rating on the QS-500, wouldn’t the second pair of speakers always be underpowered, compared to the pair running off the 9090DB? I’ll confess that the quad amp is a new concept to me, so I could even be completely off-base with my questions. Thanks ahead of time for your input.
