Sansui 9090db?

[Steveomatic]

So does anyone have any idea what a Sansui 9090db is worth in the current sales climate, assuming it is in excellent ++ condition operationally and visually?

[eiraved]

Retail? It would likely be priced around $1000. But you may find some kind, generous (or unknowledgeable) folks who'll sell for much less. You have to look around. I've ran into young, budding audiophiles who loved the sound of my equipment, and I sold an unrestored 9090db to one such person which was in very good condition for much less.

In excellent condition and recapped i'd say 800 to 1000 clams, not recapped 500 to600.I had one for a while and I'm sorry I sold it.

The two least expensive units on ebay sold for $800 each and both of them need work. I don't think they're worth that much but somebody did.

Yeah, a working 9090DB is worth at least $800-1000. They're MUCH higher than the regular 9090.
