Sansui AU-505 plastic switch 3D model

Hello everyone,

I will be grateful to know if someone has an .stl file for 3D printing of those plastic rocker switches of the early seventies Sansui: AU-101, AU-505.
The original part seem very hard to source.

I miss the "tuner" plastic switch part to complete my AU-505 restauration (see pic for the exact switch).

Sometimes those switches pop up used on ebay once in a while.

I've never seen any remakes or 3d models.
 
I imagine it'd be difficult to make a switch paddle that would hold up, strength wise. The rocker itself is "pinned" to outer metal body of the switch at it's pivot point by a metal pin that has rivet style heads on both sides. So, you'd need to remove the pin and then find a way to attach a new paddle to the metal shell. The internal part of the paddle retains the moving contacts that slide against the fixed contacts in the phenolic base.

There is a certain amount of torque put on the paddle each time it changes position as a result, and I'm not certain a 3D printed replacement will take the mechanical stress long term. The same switches were used on the 210, 350 (not 350A) and 800 receivers, so that can broaden your search for parts a little bit.
