Sansui AU-517/717 Headphone Jack (Non-standard)

Does anyone have a source for the headphone jack used on the AU-517/717? It is not the common type with a threaded collar, but rather it is attached via a 2-screw bracket.

That does look similar to the headphone jack that Leestereo is looking for. And a good shot of the front and back that shows where the three wires attach. Although the AX-7 seems to be an Audio mixing amplifier, so not sure if the electronics would be compatible or not.

Unfortunately, a review of the AX-7 service manual indicates that these are mono jacks for the inputs (part no. 2430310); the stereo jacks for the Tape 3 (rec/playback loop) are the same part number as the headphone jack for the AU-517/717 (i.e., 2430290)

Good idea, but the opening in the bracket is too small to accommodate the threaded-type jacks.
