Sansui AU-9900 Right channel issue - resolved

Hello,

I have au-9900 and the right channel was mute, I can hear a tiny sound if the compare to the left channel. Please give me some Ideals to get it work.

I already tried these:

- clean all pots with deoxit gold.
- Hooked up au-9900 preamp to au-9500 main amp, both channels working
- Hooked up a pre-amp section of au-9500 to au-9900 main amp, the issue still there.

Thanks

The pre-out/main-in switch

The relay?

pots with deoxit gold ? , Gold is made to preserve metals

I use D5 and F100 (for pots).

D100 and D5 for switches.

Edit: Use some small Q-tip, (preferably the cheap little ones with less coton on the tips)

Put a little drop of Brasso liquid all over the tip (but not too much) and let it completely dry before to clean the hard to reach points of the relay.

Finish with Acetone and/or alcohol.

I found the issue. The connector plugin from Preamp to poweramp was not contact well (blue and gray cables). I cleaned it and plugged back in, all work well.

Thanks all for help
