What is the fair value estimate of these 2 integrated amps? I understand that condition determines a lot of that, so just curious for the range or an average price. I cant find much on either. A blue book value would be helpful as well. Last sold prices, anything like that would be helpful.

Thanks, I already searched ebay completed listings. Does anyone have bluebook info or other info on recent sales and market value.

I appreciate your help bent pencil. It would be much more helpful though if you posted the numbers instead of telling me where to go look.

The 999 seems to be more common. I havent seen the 10000 sell anywhere. Thats the one I really would like to find out about. I heard it was japan only, but not sure about that. It looks really similar to the au-11000. Does anyone have bluebook or other market data on that one also?

The AK sansui database is 2 years out of date, and doesnt even mention the 10000. Does anyone have any data on the amp?

One word of caution on using the terapeak search on eBay. It takes into account any listings that have that keyword in the title, not just the actual items. So the manuals, or people selling upgrade service and other listings will be included. It also includes all the broken and parts only units. Not very reliable at all for vintage gear. And certainly not accurate for valuation or assessing approx. market value. I do appreciate the suggestion though.

There are no secretaries here, he gave you the information so you can help yourself. This is a community driven site of enthusiasts that contribute information to help each other, not a service.

You are quite welcome to make some contributions to update it with additional information. :thmbsp:

I am aware of the limitations of the terapeak search and was simply pointing you to some source that may have been helpful. If you give some time, other members with more intimate knowledge of these specific pieces may be able to comment on sales they have seen, however, my recommendation to you is to spend more quality time here in the community and contribute what knowledge you gain ongoing.

Does anyone here have price data on this amp? Blue book info or any info on recent sales? I appreciate the suggestions of places to look that might possibly have the info, but im looking for the actual numbers. If you have time to respond at all, then you have time to copy and paste some numbers. Ive been looking and havent found anything. Im not asking for info or opinions on the amp, suggestions on where I might find some info, or the best way to use AK. Please only respond if you have some actual hard data to share. Thanks

I would bet money on the fact that this amp has never touched the U.S. market. The problem is that these machines run on 100 volt and require a step down transformer to make them function correctly. I offer you luck in your search for the value of this amp in the American market.

I'm going to echo what has been said before... People contribute to this site and build it as a community and it builds the 'Karma' of this place :thmbsp:
