What is the appropriate price range for an as-is AU & TU 999 in cosmetically good to very good condition?

That set has been listed on and off for a few months. If you want a matched set and plan on keeping it they don't get much nicer. Haven't seen pics of the rears or insides, he says they are original. Restoration cost should be considered unless your handy. His current ask is $200 cheaper than he started, and its fair if it's what you are looking for.
