I plan on checking them against your PDF to see how they compare. When I compared my two channels it showed some strange reading on the affected channel but that was before I found the out of spec emitter resistors. The new resistors will arrive today so hopefully I can put them in tonight and check everything out to see where I stand.

Be careful, there may be a reason those emitter resistors are open.
If it seems to work and its biasing up okay, make sure you run it without a load on first to give it a quick test for swinging the expected voltage.
I finally found some time to work on the amp. After replacing the emitter resistors all appears to be well. The zero balance and bias set without any problems and a sine wave run through at full power while setting the meters showed no sign of distortion an my scope. As soon as I finish cleaning up my turntable I know for sure when I finally get to listen to it for the first time in years. Thanks all for your input and help with this problem.
