I was considering it also, but there is corrosion on the switches, veneer peeling, really dirty, has been exposed to lots of moisture and dirt and will need a complete restoration and claims un-tested (always worries me that they already know it's DOA). Finding some of the parts like those switch paddles, will be nearly impossible.

It's been a wierd week around Detroit, currently an SX-1250 with box and manuals for $1,800, a Marantz 2600 for $5,800, Yamaha NS-1000Ms with CR-2020 and turntable, bought my SX-1250 in the area, a 1080 with box just sold there, ... that's as much gear as has crossed craigslist in Detroit area in the entire last 2 years (maybe longer)!

To add to that, I picked up a Marantz 140 with wc and original box. The preamp was already sold.
