My father bought his Sansui AU-999 at a PX in Italy in the early '70s. Not sure if it has any special stickers indicating its origins, but it does have a voltage selector switch on the back, under a cover. For some reason, he opted to buy a Kenwood KT-2001 tuner instead of the matching TU-999, and also got Kenwood KL-5080 speakers to go with it.
I don't know its origins, but my 1964 Sansui AU-70 probably also made its way here via a military exchange of some sort. An early version, it has the round voltage selector plug-in on top of the chassis instead of the rectangular style typically seen later on. Here are some pictures of the unit:
