Sansui Need help with my G-8000 driver board

So I dusted off (literally) my G-8000 which I acquired in 1984 when I was 15.

After burning it in and cleaning the switches to the est of my limited ability with Deoxit it seems that one of the F-2806 drivers is giving me problems.

One channel is severly distorted. If I switch the driver boards the problem follows that channel. :tears:

I have been searching for a replacement for some time but that seems to be fruitless. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

Best regards,
Eric

Welcome, You probably have some bad resistors or transistors on the board.
where are you located, this will help in getting some one to assist in getting this fixed.

Redigging an old thread here. I have a G9000 with the same issues; distortion in one channel with amp cards swapped. What did the issue end up being ? Please advise thanks

Please don't post on the end of 15 year old threads!

Just be patient and wait for replies to your existing thread/post.
