Sansui SM-80 receiver oil-film capacitors: should they be replaced?

I'm going though my newly acquired SM-80 receiver.
Aside from a lot of dust, it looks in remarkable shape.
I am going to change out all the electrolytics, but the question becomes: How stable are the oil/film capacitors?
Should they be treated with the same distain as electrolytics and swapped out without regard to apparent physical condition? (i.e. not actively leaking)
By my count: 27 oil/film capacitors. it amounts to about $170 in parts, plus the many hours of soldering.
What is the consensus about 65-year-old oil/foil caps.
Bumble bee caps are oil/film, when they go, they disintegrate. Easy call there.
These caps "look" good. I could unsolder a couple and measure them....
Thoughts?

Are you certain these aren't Suzuki PIO caps? Detailed pics would help. Sansui used a lot of those axial PIO's in the tube era. They always need replacement as standard procedure.

replace them with Russian pio's or poly's and play it safe. 65 yr-old?!
Antique Electric Supply has these "Mod Electronics" they are polyester, not sure where they're made.

I've been sourcing tubes and caps from these folks for many, many decades (40+).
They are a tops for quality and customer service.

Era 1962 was the date of manufacture, so 63 years.
