Sansui sr-212 anti-skate weight

I just picked up an sr-212 turntable that is missing the anti skate weight. Any idea where I could get one of these or what the weight is if I wanted to machine one?

Also, I would love to hear a couple of suggestions for a reasonably priced cartridge for her. Yes all my gear is female. It makes me feel better about fooling around with it.

I have an Ortofon MC-1 Turbo H/OP moving coil in mine and it makes a nice match.

For a bias weight try a Project dealer as the Debut one is available as a spare.
