SANYO 2033 Receiver Repair

I have had this receiver for over a year now. I did some work on it and got frustrated at the lack of info and a good Service Manual, so I put it away for about 9 months and worked on other stuff.

I'm ready to dive back into this again. I got this for free when I bought some other items from a gentleman in my area so at no point was it ever working in my possession.

I looked if over quite extensively and everything seams to work except the sound of course. There is no sound unless you crank up the volume real high and even then its staticy and crackly.

The main Filter Caps appear to be good. I tested the STK packs and get different readings from both sides.

I replaced all the Capacitors and Transistors on the Main Amp Power board, and they are fool proof. The board prints the ECB and Negatives for all of them. I took Pics and make myself a schematic so I don't mess anything up, but after all that work I have gotten nowhere.

Plugged into a DBT the light does not come on unless you plug in speakers and crank up the volume, then it does all kinds of weird things like come on and off and the speakers bounce around. Maybe some DC offset in the speakers outputs.

Had a nice gentleman provide me with the service manual that I can attached.

I have no formal electronics repair, this is just a hobby for me and I have been at it for about 8 years now. I can fix anything mechanical but I struggle with electrical.

Any Sanyo Pros out there.

I noticed that the R919 Resistor and the R901 resistors are a little warm. I see the R919 on the schematics but no listing for it in the Amp Board parts. According to its colors it is a 1.5 kohm resistor and the R901 is a 1 kohm resistor.

I tried to get a good power reading on the poles on the Main Amp Board and here is what I got

Yellow wire E 0volts
Yellow wire G 0volts
White wire F 0volts
Blu-Blk wire J 12.01volts
Blk-Blk wire I 11.97volts
Blk-Blu wire H 11.93volts
White wire C 11.93volts
Red-White wire D 11.95volts
Red wire Not labeled 11.96volts
