SANYO DCX6000K CRACKLES ON ONE CHANNEL

Hi all. I have a Sanyo dcx6000k that has developed a crackling noise problem on one channel. At first it would crackle upon power up for 15 seconds then operate perfectly. Now it starts crackling after about 10 mins of operation. I have tried different speakers. It will crackle regardless of the input selection and the pots are quiet having been maintained. The crackling is independent of the volume control position. If I remove the pre-out jumpers it is silent. I have soldered all the wrap connections and did a visual inspection. I'm looking for a shotgun parts replacement repair if I could get an idea of what to try. My soldering skills are good, I can read a schematic fairly well but I just know very little on how to diagnose this issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks TM

The forum section is for tuners (radios), your Sanyo is a receiver. Receivers have tuners, but have other sections that are not radio related. Does this crackle only happen when using the AM and/or FM radio section of your receiver. If the crackle is there using AUX, Phono or Tape sections then you would be better off in the Solid State forum and have a problem with Pre-amp or amplifier section and not the tuner section.
